The Natural Resources Department says some Missouri businesses refuse to test their drinking water for fecal bacteria, Jack Dolan reports from Jefferson City.
The owner of J.D.'s Family restaurant in Sunrise Beach said monthly testing is a tough habit to get into. J.D.'s is one of sixteen public water suppliers the DNR says repeatedly fail to do the tests. Environmental specialist Patty Ritchie says the test is very simple.
