State Democrats are teaching officials the do's and don'ts of campaign fundraising

In the growing wave of investigations about Bill Clinton's illegal campaign fundraising, Missouri's Democratic headquarters steps up efforts to teach candidates some ethics.

Rebecca Sapakie has the story in Jefferson City.

When the Governor wants to call a campaign supporter, he leaves the Capitol, keeping fundraising and his political duties completely seperate.

This is because elected officials can not use government equiptment or space to fundraise, according to federal law.
