Republican leader faces calls for resignation

Missouri House Republicans are still deciding whether or not their leader Mark Richardson will keep his job. Susan Batt has the story from the state capital.

After meeting for an hour and a half Monday night, a divided Republican party emerged with little to say except that they will meet again Tuesday morning.

Some Republicans are calling for House minority leader Mark Richardson's resignation following his Friday night arrest for drunk driving and child endangerment.

Richardson affirmed his leadership after the meeting.

Contents: Richardson says he is still the floor leader. When asked if he as offered to resign, he says, "No comment." Discussion will continue with the caucus tomorrow morning.
