The Missouri Gaming Commission renewed the license for Harrah's Casino in Maryland Heights.
Missy Shelton has the story from Jefferson City.
Even though Missouri Courts have ruled boats and moats unconstitutional, the Gaming Commission renewed the license for Harrah's Casino.
Harrah's in Maryland Heights is considered a boat in a moat.
Steve Taylor, executive director of an anti-gambling group said he doesn't see how the commission can renew the licenses.
Taylor said he sees this as one of many broken promises to the people of Missouri concerning regulation of the gambling industry.
