Missouri Education Department Worried About High Drop-out Rate in St. Louis

According to Missouri's Department of Education, St. Louis's

high drop-out rate should concern all in the city. Kyle Elfrink has

the report from Jefferson City.

Right now, more than 60% of St. Louis students fail to

graduate from city schools. Bob Bartman, commissioner for the state

education department, says that high drop-out rates affect everyone

in the city...

are not the solution to high drop-out rates ...
