Bill Would Require Testing for Home School Students

A battle is brewing at the State Capitol over testing for home school students. Karyn Dest reports from Jefferson City.

Hundreds of home school students and their parents arrived at Missouri's Capitol to protest a bill that would require standardized testing for home schooled students.

Kansas City Democratic Representative Bill Skaggs says he wants a state standard for home schooled students.
