A robbery in Missouri is causing concern of another terrorist threat to America.

The robbery of license making equipment in Overland, Missouri is a cause for concern in light of the recent terrorist attacks upon the United States.

Richard Jordan reports from Jefferson City on the precautions that are in effect to prevent another national crisis.

On Sunday night, several pieces of drivers license making equipment was taken from a state fee office in Overland, Missouri.

According to the local chief of police, this includes a computer programmed with license-making software as well as plastic blank cards with magnetic strips and hologrammed state seals.

The director of the Missouri Department of Revenue, Carol Fisher says the proper federal agencies have been notified, and are investigating the matter.

The licence fee office was equipped with an anti-theft alarm, however it was deactivated at the time of the burglary.

A Sunday Night theft in Overland, Missouri is causing concern for state agencies after licence-making equipment is discovered missing.

From Jefferson City, Richard Jordan has the reponse from the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Upon learning of the theft of a computer programmed with license-making software along with blank identification cards, Carol Fisher, the director of the Missorui Department of Revenue, notified state law enforcement agencies.

With the national concern of further attacks in the United States, the department is taking this matter seriously because the stolen material could be used to make false identification cards.
