Galloping Through America

Men with a mission came galloping through Jefferson City today. Julie Kroenig has the story.

Ride for America, a group on horseback who are riding through the country to raise funds for terrorist victims, stopped at the capitol.

They left Oklahoma City on April 19, seven years after it was bombed and plan to reach New York City on September 11, one year after the attack.

Lieutenant Governor Joe Maxwell presented them with a proclomation congratulating their effort.

The group plans to ride through St. Louis on the way to their next stop in Vandalia, Illinois.
