Senator Westfall denied a vote on tax increase legislation

A Republican Senator is denied a vote on a half-billion dollar tax increase.

Senator Morris Westfall says he expected the Senate to vote on his bill for a sales and gasoline tax increase but the vote was stalled by three hours of debate.

Westfall says time is running thin for his bill to pass.
