Senator blames Gephardt for expected low voter turnout in primary

A Democratic State Senator blames St. Louis' Dick Gephardt for the projected low voter turnout in Tuesday's Missouri primary election. Cliff Judy has more from the state Capitol.

Secretary of State Matt Blunt predicted less than a quarter of Missouri's eligible voters would visit the polls in the presidential primary election.

State Senator Mary Bland says the effort to encourage voter participation hasn't been there from one of Missouri's political leaders.
