The Task Force continued to discuss its recommendations for Eminent Domain reform.

Task Force members agreed that Eminent Domain should never be used to take farmland for private redevelopment.

But they're not in agreement when it comes to land in urban areas.

Representative Steve Hobbs, a Republican from Mexico, is a member of the Task Force.

"There were some folks that felt like it was appropriate to do that for redevelopment of blighted areas and urban redevelopment areas and we have not come to a conclusion on as a task force yet."

Hobbs says the definition of blight is the key issue keeping the Task Force from agreeing on the issue.
