Missouri Senate Committee Republicans create "breakfast club."

Missouri Senators have started their own "Breakfast Club." Josh Kranzberg has more on the Republican's newest fundraiser from the state Capitol.

Missouri Senate Committee Republicans invited lobbyists to a number of roundtable discussions over breakfast.

For a thousand dollars, lobbyists get an hour with a committee chairman, while five thousand gets them a pass to all 14 meetings.

But long-time lobbyist John Britton says he's never seen anything like this before in Missouri0

Contents: It's my understanding that this type of thing is quite commonplace in Washington, and maybe we're just becoming a reflection of the system that has worked successfully up to a point. I don't know how successful it's gonna turn out.
