ColumbianRepresentative Ed Robb announced he has a new agreement with the Governor to bring back 31.2 million dollars to the University of Missouri-Columbia for the new Ellis Fischel (FISH-L)Cancer center.

Amy Becker has more from Jefferson City.

Robb attributes the loss of funds to the actions of Columbia Democratic Senator Chuck Grahahm who led a filibuster against the MOHELA plan.

Robb says his new plan to bring back the funding to MU will take effect in 2008.

Graham criticized this time limit saying Robb could get the funding back sooner if he just tried hard.
