I'm Abigail Grimmett with the Nixon Campaign.

At 7:12 p.m., with only five precincts reporting, the Associated Press called Attorney General Jay Nixon as the presumed winner of the 2008 Missouri Gubernatorial Race.

However, the Nixon campaign is not conceding yet.

Oren Shur, Communications Director for the Nixon Campaign, said they will not rely solely on Exit Polling, and will wait until hard numbers start coming in.
