Wrap: Charles Baum wants to be Missouri's next State Auditor.

But there's one problem-- Baum is running as a Libertarian.

Third party candidates have a history of receiving little support nationally and in Missouri.

Baum says that the two major parties, Democrat and Republican, have become too elitist over time and have forgotten they answer to the people.

Actuality:  NBAUMF4.WAV
Run Time:  00:14
Description: "One of the biggest problems with the Democrats and the Republicans is because so many of their elections are based on huge campaign contributions and when you make a campaign contribution, you're expecting something back."

Baum says with power comes corruption and that is the main reason there are so many issues in government at the state and national level. Reporting from Jefferson City, Breana Jones.
