Wrap: Former state representative Bob Johnson told a Federal Grand Jury here on Tuesday he had no idea in 2005 that a campaign committee associated with ex-House Speaker Rod Jetton received a $35,000 donation from strip club owners right around the time Jetton assigned to Johnson's committee a bill that would place steep restrictions on the adult industry.

Wrap: The Former House Speaker at the center of a federal "pay for play" investigation said he will testify before a grand jury here in Kansas City tomorrow.

Former House Speaker Rod Jetton told the Kansas City Star earlier this week that he would appear in court before investigators without consulting the advice of an attorney.

Jetton acknolwedged he is the focus of the investigation but denied that he received any money from the pornography industry in exchange for helping kill a 2005 bill that would have greatly restricted adult businesses in the state, such as strip clubs.
