Wrap: Just two days after Governor Nixon announced a 40 million dollar decrease to higher education cuts, the governor met with college presidents about the future of higher education funding --- behind closed doors.

Newly named UM System President, Timothy Wolfe, said the governor talked about the 40 million dollars.

Wolfe darted out of the meeting, and when asked about what else was discussed --- he said it wasn't his to tell.
