Wrap:The Ferguson bill proposed by Sharon Pace D-St. Louis would require all peace officers to attend training courses on diversity as well as courses on how to handle situations of unrest and demonstrations.

Holly Roe with the Communication Workers of America took an issue on the way some police officers treat people in the community.
