    Description: Require just a notarized petition rather than verified petition by owners of property in an area seeking annexation. Provide that failure to get notarization does not invalidate the petition. Impose a 3 year deadline for a lawsuit challenging an annexation. The amendment HCS became an omnibus local government bill including bond issues for business development, disaster relief, amusement taxes, local taxes on montal rooms, fire districts and more.
