    Description: Exempt short-term medical care policies from some health-insurance requirements. Expand current requirement exemptions for policies of less than six months to less than one year. Also require a notice that the policy does not meet the individual mandate of he federal Affordable Care Act or any possible fines (which has been repealed under the federal tax cut passed in December 2017).
