    Description: Have Missouri enter national Streamlined Sales Tax agreement that would assure taxation of Internet sales. It requires uniformity in state and local sales tax exemptions and processes and establishes provisions for governing taxes imposed on out-of-state sellers. Various tax rate changes. Lower taxes on business income. Reduce the sales tax, but cover electronic purchases. Impose a sales tax on food. HA 2 provides a cost-of-living annual adjustment to the state income tax rate.
