Description: Various changes in the anti-discrimination law. Create a seperate section dealing with housing discrimination with expanded coverage. Also ease restrictions on discrimination lawsuits against businesses that were approved in 2017 (SB 43). Change a restriction that discrimination be a "the motivating factor" to a "contributing factor." Allow an employee involved in the conduct to be sued. Repeal limits on awards.

    Description: Expand Medicaid coverage to adults with incomes up to 133 percent of the federal poverty level. Missouri law currently disregards the first 5 percent of income so the actual limit would be 138 percent. Medicaid provides health care coverage for the lower income.
