Establish a program for tax credits for technology investment by business. SA 6 would require disclosure of tax credits recieved by statewide elected officials and legislators. SA 7 bans the State Treasurer from refusing Ethanol tax credits on the basis of conflicts of interest because investment in the company by legislators, state officials or relatives.
