    Description: Require the bank account number be removed from campaign finance reports made available to the public. HA 8 would require a special election to fill a statewide office vacancy. Designed to prevent the governor from naming a new Secretary of State if she is elected to the U.S. Senate in 2010. On the last day of the session, the House backed off HA 8.
