    HJR 100

    Description: Make the salary increases for judges and elected state officials recommended by the Salary Commission subject to appropriations. It effectively would give the legislature power to lower the recommendations through the apprpriations process each year. Under current provisions, the commission's recommendations for a two year period automatically take effect unless rejected by the House and Senate.
