Impose fines on businesses that hire illegal aliens and make them responsible for their subcontractors that hire illegals. SCS contains a number of other bills on illegal foreigners. The H Rules Committee sent the bill back to the H Immigration Committee on May 12, with 4 days left in the session. H Immigration reported out another version on May 15.
