Description: Require health insurance plans cover diagnosis and treatment autism and related conditions (called autism spectrum disorders]. Require applied behavior analysis coverage up to $72,000 per year for children under the age of 21. See HB 1311 that has become the vehicle for the autism issue. Reported out of H Rules on May 4, but by May 10, it still had not shown up on the calendar of SBs for House 3rd Reading.
