    Description: Extend the sunset for allocation of the non-resident entertainers and athletic team tax to agencies such as the Arts Council and Humanities Council. The final version includes business sales tax breaks and restrictions on changing sales tax rules. Legislative staff estimate the bill could cost the state more than $15 million per year. In his veto letter, the governor wrote this was one of several bills providing special interest tax breaks that would cost state and local government $776 million per year.
