Description: Change the membership of the St. Louis area's Regional Convention and Visitors Commission. Allocate members to be in proportion of financial contributions made by St. Louis city and St. Louis County. Currently, membership is near evenly divided between the city and county. The commission is reponsbile for promotion of tourism and conventons in the area.
