Description: Various changes in the Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund. Extend the expiration date. Allow the fund trustees to set limits to pay for legal costs. The fund comes from a fee on storage tanks. It covers damages from a tank spills. Deisgnate that up to $5 of the per transport load fee for the underground storage insurance fund shall be allocated to the Natural Resources Department's program for regulation of underground tanks.
