Description: Prohibit schools and higher education institutions from allowing a male student to participate on a female sports team. Define sex as what is recorded recorded on the birth certificate, with exceptions. Block state funds to a public school that violates the restriction. Also ban women from participating in a male sports team, with exceptions. The SS includes private schools in the ban.
