The Senate added several items unrelated to the original subject of the bill including prohibiting government from requiring a vaccine for diseases like COVID-19 to receive goods or services. The House then added more unrelated provisions covering letting dentists provide vaccines, expanding powers of physical therapists, regulation of kratom sales, health insurance coverage requirements and more.
