Description: Various unrelated law enforcement provisions. Cut state funds to a local government that cuts law enforcement spending by more than 12 percent. Provide lawsuit exemption for a driver who injures a person blocking traffic in a protest in some cases. Allow lethal force against a protester in an unlawful assembly who attempts to enter private property. Expand crimes against rioting. Deny parole for crimes involving assault of an emergency service worker. Make it a crime to deliberately block traffic in a protest.
