Description: Require drug testing of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) welfare recipients suspected of illegal drug use. Cut off benefits to those who test positive. The SCS restricts a required drug test to only if a welfare worker files a child abuse complaint against the recipient based on suspected drugs around the child.
