Transportation Petition splits Senate

Senators are split on a petition which could make their opinion on transportation useless.

Danielle Douglas reports from Jefferson City.

The petition would bypass the legislature and go to the people for a vote.

Senate President Pro-tem Peter Kinder says the intiative would save the Senate time to focus on more pressing issues.
