Description: "It was the craziest day of my life."

He survived the Virginia Tech shooting two years ago.

Goddard spoke at a press conference against allowing concealed handguns on Missouri's college campuses.

Now he says there is only one thing which could have made the tragedy worse.

Actuality:  COLIN2.WAV
Run Time: 00:05
Description: "I can only imagine the day would have been crazier if there would have been multiple people with multiple guns."

His comments came after the Missouri House passed a measure to allow guns on college campuses.

Meanwhile, supporters say allowing handguns in Missouri's universities will prevent more tragedies.

A four bullet survivor of the 2007 Virginia Tech tragedy says guns need to stay outlawed on Missouri's campuses.

23 year old Colin Goddard spoke at a news conference Wednesday.

Goddard says he didn't know what was happening until he felt a bullet in his knee and that students with guns would not have saved lives.

Actuality:  COLIN3.WAV
Run Time: 00:11
Description: "People that say 'I would have shot him that day. I would have ended it.' I don't think are really thinking it through and really if they're ever in a situation like that, I don't think they'd really know how they'd react."

As a matter of fact, that's exactly what supporters say.

Lawmakers who support the idea of guns on college campuses say firearms could have saved lives at Virginia Tech and Northern Illinois.
