Rural Missouri Senator Proposes Bill to Repeal Prop B

Prop B was a controversial ballot issue in November's election--but voters approved it. Now a Missouri legislator wants it repealed. Scott Kanowsky has more from Jefferson City.

Wrap: Proposition B regulates large-scale dog breeders in Missouri and passed with just more than 50% percent of the vote.

But Republican state senator Bill Stouffer proposed a bill Wednesday which would reverse this decision. 

Barbara Schmitz orignially petitioned for Prop B and says she was appalled by the move.

Barbara Schmitz, Missouri director for the Humane Society of the United States, says she feels Stouffer's bill goes against the will of the people.

The vote passed with a little more than 50 percent of the vote in November.
