Wrap: The bill would loosen up some of the provisions of prop B.  It would ease up restrictions on the dogs living conditions and also eliminate the limit on how many dogs a breeder can own.

St. Louis County Representative Margo McNeil says the bill is a blow to the democratic process.

Other representatives voiced concerns over the lifted regulation on water and exercise.

Bill sponsor Tom Loehner says many dog breeders treat their animals well and do not deserve to lose their jobs.

The bill passed by a vote of 85-71.  It will now move onto the Governor's office.

Wrap: The bill eliminate limits on the number of dogs a breeder can own.  It would also relax standards for animal  living conditions.

Bill sponsor Representative Tom Loehner says the bill saves the jobs of good breeders. 

Missourians passed prop B in November.  St. Louis County Representative Margo McNeil says the bill disregards the opinions of the voters. 

Several other representatives say they oppose the bill due to the new looser lving condition requirements.

The bill passed by a vote of 85-71, it will now move onto Governor Nixon.
