Wrap: St. Louis County Republican Representative Sue Allen sponsored a measure that would prohibit any rating or evaluation system for early childhood.

Springfield Democratic Representative Sara Lampe was a school teacher, and she supported the measure.

She says children should not be rated at the very early level of life.
