Wrap: The Missouri House sent a bill to Governor Jay Nixon naming the new I-70 bridge after Stan "The Man" Musial and another existing bridge after former St. Louis Democratic Congressman Bill Clay.

Bill sponsor and St. Louis County Republican Representative Dwight Scharnhorst says the bridge will honor the memory of one of the greatest athletes in Missouri history.

St. Louis City Democratic Senator Jamilah Nasheed says she is elated to hear Bill Clay will also have a bridge named after him and says both men are deserving of the honor.

The bridge will include the distinction of a "Sr." to prevent confusion with his son and current Congressman William Lacy Clay.

Bill sponsor and St. Louis County Republican representative Dwight Scharnhorst says the naming of the bridge allows Stan Musial's name to be remembered forever.

Musial died this January at the age of 92.
