Wrap: China hub is back, but this time it's tacked on as an amendment to an unrelated bill.

The amendment creates tax credits for companies shipping air freight out of Missouri.

The bill and amendment received much praise in the House, including some from Representative Vicki Lorenz Englund.

Though supportive, Englund did raise some concerns.

Representative Jeff Roorda voiced support and called the amendment "China hub light."

The amended bill must be voted on one more time before making it to the Missouri Senate.

The Missouri Senate passed China hub legislation similar to the amendment last week.
