Wrap: Chief Clerk of the House Adam Crumbliss warned representatives that the legislative branch was not operating effciently and that change is needed to serve the public.

Represenative Kevin Engler agreed that change was needed within the current committee structure and with how votes are taken.

Other recommendations from Crumbliss included simplifying House rules and using former representatives as a resource in the legislative process
