Intro:
The Minority floor leader says Senate Republicans are starting to play hard ball to get their way.
RunTime:  0:41
OutCue:  SOC

Wrap: Senate Democrats were filibustering a bill that would cut both corporate and individual income tax rates on the Senate floor.

Senate Minority leader Jolie Justus says Senate Republicans then strategically moved a bill that would require a photo ID to vote out of Committee during a break in debate.

Justice says it was a deliberate move to threaten Democrats into stopping the filibuster.

Actuality:  JUST3.WAV
Run Time:  00:05
Description: "There was no coincidence whatsoever. There are no such things as coincidences in the Missouri legislature."

Justus says she thinks Governor Jay Nixon will veto the tax overhaul if it passes the legislature.

Republican Senator Will Kraus says he is confident the House and Senate have enough votes to override a potential veto.
