Governor's office provides few details on Revenue Director's resignation

The Director of the Department of Revenue Brian Long resigned Monday following investigations his department forwarded data on concealed carry holders to the feds. Elizabeth Hagedorn joins us with more on the Governor's reaction.

Wrap: I'm standing outside the Governor's office, where his spokesperson, Scott Holste, says Nixon neither encouraged nor asked Long to resign. Holste refused to comment any further.

Meanwhile, the Highway Patrol's Ron Replogle told reporters today he would resign only if the Governor asked him to.

Holste said, Nixon was in no way considering Replogle's resignation.

The state's Attorney General Chris Koster's office is refusing comment on whether or not it would be calling for a special investigation.
