Democratic rep: sale of driver data a bigger problem than sharing with feds

This isn't the only controversy in the Capitol involving the Department of Revenue. Republicans have said the department is illegally sending information on gun owners to federal government. Kelly says that isn't happening.

Now Kelly is pushing a bill that would forbid companies from getting that information unless they've got your permission. He said he knows that could hurt the business of the those information companies:
