Wrap: For the third year in a row, Republican Jackson County Representative Sheila Solon has proposed a bill to ban health care providers from charging more money out-of-pocket for oral cancer treatments that intravenous ones.

Solon says the intravenous drugs are more time consuming and physically demanding.

Solon says her bill is also economically savvy.

Democratic representative TJ McKenna shared his personal story about the toll intravenous therapy had on his father and said he fully supports the bill.
