Senators discuss tax cut bill

A Senate Republican budget leader urged his colleages to delay their tax cut plan until full funding for education.

Wrap: Senator and budget leader, Ryan Silvey says he has an amendment that would delay tax reduction from taking place.

Silvey's idea includes not implementing any tax cuts until the legislature has fully funded the money allocated for the state's public schools.

Before joining the senate, Silvey was the chair of the House budget commitee.
