Wrap: Missouri is the last state in the union to not establish a prescription drug monitoring program.
While campaign contributions were limited by ballot measure, Missouri allows unlimited lobbyist gifts to legislators.
Further, in-home and nursing care for about eight-thousand seniors and disabled people is up in the air, with the House and Senate clearly split on how to fund the program.
With the deadline of six o'clock Friday night, the General Assembly has limited time to push those measures across the finish line.
