Description:
Declare that Missourian's are free to refuse any requirement to purchase health insurance, upon voter approval. The original bill was limited to a provision to allow a stock insurance company dissolve and liquidate, but only if approved by the Insurance Department director. But it was changed by the SS, adopted by the House.
