Description:
Require the Economic Development Department provide to a city all information the department has about a company seeking economic development incentives from the town. Impose public hearing requirements for local government revenue bonds. One of the bills stemming from investigation into the failed project in Moberly by the Chinese firm Mamtek. The SS lowers the annual cap on historic preservation tax credits from $140 million to $75 million and authorizes tax credits to sports event organizers.
